The past 10 years have been building up to this point. When I had my first child he was so colicky- he cried all the time. One day after a yoga class for myself, I came across the idea of Baby Yoga. This could be a solution I thought. Well, my baby loved it. As he grew we continued yoga and I found it helped reduce tantrums, and gave us a dedicated time to spend communication. I always had a hard time feeling like I could bond with my baby. Later I was diagnosed with Bipolar, OCD, and ADHD. While these diagnosis were critical to me, I learned my children had a chance through genetics to also be neurodiverse, I wondered if yoga could be the key to helping them.
